Free filtered water and all the drinks in the bar is also free and gets refilled daily. Staff were very nice and courteous and the location is walking dostance to metro to get to vivo city as well as universal singapore

First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast.

The Hotel and location were amazing. Staff and the facilities were great. Although it is disappointing that a large section of Resorts World was closed for renovations. Some restaurants were closed which was hard for dining options.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our kids had an amazing stay. The personal touches and kid friendly amenities made them very happy. Conveniently located close to universal, water park and sea world. We got given free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark which the kids loved. Will definitely be staying again!
