Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was good for an all inclusive. Nightly entertainment was fun. Lots of chairs at the pool and beach. Disappointed the adult only pool on the 6th floor was closed the week we were there for maintenance.

We had a wonderful stay at Riu Ventura. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was very good with plenty of options, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Hotel was amazing! Super clean. Staff was amazing! The only thing in my opinion was the food. There was not enough spicy foods, and it needed more Authentic Mexican foods. But there were a lot of options for everybody. Overall I had a phenomenal time!

Good pool options, good food options (a little bland but still good) service from staff was good. Hotel itself was clean and easy to access. Loved that It was on the beach and you can swim in the ocean. Wish they had a little more at the snack bar. And maybe add shuttle service to local areas for tourist to visit easier.

It was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Great location. 5 min walk to Cancun sign. It is a smaller resort. Food was good didnt have to wait at the restaurants. We did later dining. Did miss having room service. I was nervous when I read alot of the negative reviews but I didn't experience any of those.

I went for my 26th. Birthday and I have no complaints. They brought me a cake with 2 bottles of tequila on my birthday. I felt safe with the 24/7 security. I will be coming back. The staff is all very nice and sweet

The ocean view swim up was really nice, however the adults only rooftop pool and bar was closed down and I was upset because that was one of the reasons I chose this resort to stay at. Also, all restaurants in this close around 7pm-10 so after those hours you're going be hungry since you can’t order room service.
