Good size room and staff were excellent. Location is close to everything in the area being right on top over the crossings. Liked the breakfast and the hotel's lunch/dinner menu. Had trouble with arrival by cab to find the actual hotel entrance for cab driver. Also, normal entrance under construction

I’ve stayed here before and I find the staff to be very customer-service oriented. I love that the airport limousine drops you directly to the hotel and the fact that the hotel itself is connected to all transport lines, restaurants and shopping galore. Overlooking the scramble is a sight to see. I was able to book additional nights and extend my stay with little hassle and lots of effort by staff/concierge. Thank you, I will visit again and make this play my go-to stay!
