The reception, the staff, the architecture of the property, the vibe, were all really lovely. The breakfast buffet was expansive. The room was small but very cozy. We would return.

Great friendly staff food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. The courtyard to people watch and sit and have a cocktail or a coffee. It was great. One of our favorite spots. Location in the Latin Quarter was OK as well

The staff was excellent - very helpful. Both guest elevators were inoperative for the first couple of days, but we could use the service elevator (just longer waits). The hotel is very well located near Notre Dame (walkable). The restaurant food was excellent. The hotel has an attractive appearance from the street. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and the washer/dryer in the kitchenette was great. We'd certainly stay there again.

Le Jardin de Verre by Locke was a wonderful choice for our stay in Paris. The location in the Latin Quarter was perfect charming, walkable, and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops, and easy Metro access. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were warm and welcoming. It was the perfect home base for exploring Paris, and we would happily stay here again.

Great location & friendly staff. Overall good value for money for the area but room was dark even with all lights on. We had deluxe studio.Bathroom was very small which was frustrating as room contained a washer dryer & full sized dishwasher neither of which were needed. Would have been better use of space to have bigger bathroom. Could not get chromecast to work which could have been us but never had a problem anywhere else we’ve stayed

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The entire time everything was clean, comfortable, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. We were even offered a drink voucher for our anniversary, which we did not get to use since we were mostly out and about in the city, but the thought behind it was so kind. We truly could have spent more time at the hotel and still felt like we were at a Paris destination. We were able to use the complimentary laundry amenities and we're really grateful to have that at the hotel.

Great location and relatively quiet. We had a family apartment for 4pp on the 7th floor; some basic cleaning and maintenance things weren’t really addressed, which was a bit disappointing: all the shampoo, body wash etc were completely empty, the floor hadn’t been properly vacuumed, and our shower head was broken and spraying water all over the roof! It took 3 x requests to get any service, and this was a bit of a consistent theme during our 4-night stay: sometimes the staff were helpful, other times (especially early during breakfast), they clearly wanted to pretend the guests didn’t exist. The hotel feels a bit more like a big American chain hotel than a more boutique Parisian experience, so choose your preference accordingly. Overall, it was not a patch on other Parisian hotel experiences we’ve had, but it is reasonably well priced in the scheme of things.
