I checked into a room in which the temperature was 28 degrees (82 F). The staff told me they couldn't lower the temperature in that room, so they moved me to a room that was at 25 degrees. Being Canadian and used to colder temperatures, I appreciated that. The refigerator was barely cooling anything. The staff got it fixed. There was an insect infestation in the room. The staff alleviated that problem. I give the staff an A++. However, they could not fix the VERY dirty window problem (not pleasant to look at), so I just closed the drapes. The hotel is located in a very vibrant part of Bangkok. There was plenty to do close by. The hotel restaurant served me a very tasty meal. I hope this helps other travellers.

Ok but the photos do a lot of justice

Hotel has had a slight room refurbishment but it’s still very dated. My hot water was hard to control. The temperature was either very hot or cold so couldn’t find a comfortable point. Otherwise it’s a good location for a short stay and the staff are nice.

They are extremely cheap. No toothbrush, one pillow per person, no lotion.. they charge for all of that. The Gym was the worst part. They should just shut down the gym.
