While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. However, the spa and pool staff more than made up for it… they were exceptional. The views are stunning, and the pool is absolutely fantastic. If you’re visiting Philadelphia, this hotel is a must stay!

WORLD CLASS EXPERIENCE

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly Concierge Staff that went out of their way to assist us. They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in. The personal touch was extremely surprising and like nothing else. This staff is remarkable, thank you “Stephanie” for the window art, it made our jaws drop that you took the time to provide us with such a perfect experience with the personal touch. This was World Class. Thank you times 5.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel, and wow, what an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an ambiance of elegance and sophistication. The stunning decor, warm lighting, and friendly staff created an inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The room was nothing short of magnificent! Spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the luxurious amenities one could wish for. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the breathtaking view from the window was the perfect way to wake up each morning. I loved every moment I spent unwinding in my oasis of comfort. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delightful culinary journey! The menu offered a splendid array of dishes that tantalized my taste buds. Each meal was a work of art, beautifully plated and expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every need was met and every experience was exceptional. Overall, my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel was a dream come true. The perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service made for an amazing getaway!
