The lounge on the 38th floor was a great, with a fabulous breakfast and happy-hour selections. The rooms and lounge provided a great view of the city. Location was incredibly convenient with easy access to multiple subway routes from the bottom of the hotel.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The view from my room on the 35th floor was fantastic - all rooms are above the 25th floor. Location near Shimbashi Station is excellent; there's plenty of dining, drinking and shopping options around the station. And the Shiodome area is full of modern urban architecture for fans of that sort of thing.

Great location. Staff are all professional and friendly. Has some problems with the clenailess of the toilet upon checkin but staff was very helpful and assisted to the changes The pillows are too soft. Hope the hotel will have a pillow menu as I will be returning in Nov2026.
