Room was very clean, Restaurant was amazing. Proximity to the beach was amazing. Air conditioning was out in the main lobby so it was a bit hot, but I know they can't help that! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful. We love staying at the same hotel every year because the people are so nice and having the beach right outside our window is just beautiful the pool is always clean and the Remedy restaurant on the property 's food and service is very good.

The beach view was the best! Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Fort Walton beach is one of my favorites! I also enjoyed excellent meals at their restaurant, Remedy.

This was one of the best stays I've had in a while. The location was perfect and the staff was amazing and friendly. The housecleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning and keeping our room stocked with the essentials. I will definitely stay here again.

The beach view was spectacular. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had an issue with the tv and the door lock. Roy from maintenance was very friendly and helpful with resolving the problems. He even had some great suggestions for places to eat in the area. Thank you, Roy!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options and excellent quality at every meal. Every restaurant we visited provided a wonderful dining experience.

This was our second time to stay at this hotel. The first time we stayed you paid for parking when you checked in, now you have to use your phone and pay a third party for parking. I feel like parking should be included with the price of your stay at this facility. We only stay one night. The elevator is very slow and the AC was not working in the lobby area. Our room was clean and it got very cold in the evening time. We did enjoy siting on the balcony of our room. We were in 102 and there is a very loud unit or compressor probably for AC outside in the breezeway. Very loud. I thought it was a little pricey compared to other areas I stayed at on this trip (as we were headed to Disney World to meet grandchildren).

This property is trying very hard to be good. It's just a little outdated. Pool was nice. They charge for parking and you have to pay for beach chairs. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The staff were nice but we didn't have much interaction with the.. no need.

The hotel was amazing and highly recommend if you’re going solo or with a group of friends and family. The beach view is beautiful. Staff were friendly especially when I left my key card in my room. I was impressed by the Remedy (restaurant inside Beal house). Their kitchen was closing at 10pm and they were able to accommodate my order last minute.

We had a wonderful family weekend. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. I loved how the beach was a few steps away from the hotel. The restaurant/bar has delicious food and drinks. You do have to park for parking $15 dollars per day but I would do it again cuz we loveee this place. Can’t wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beal House! I can't think of anything that wasn't great. We really enjoyed that there was a restaurant/bar right on the property. The walk to the beach was short and our view from the balcony was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
