Everything was amazing from the time we checked in and the time we checked out. Breakfast was really good and a good verity to choose from as well. Everything was clean and I was in love with the King size room suite. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

The AC was not working in several rooms. I spoke with the night receptionist, but unfortunately, she was not very helpful. She offered us a fan, but it was extremely hot, and a single fan would not have kept the two-bedroom suite I paid for cool. Room 402 also had a very unpleasant smell. She eventually moved us after initially saying there were no rooms available, but the AC in the second room did not work either. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who was extremely helpful. She quickly found us a clean, cool room, apologized for the inconvenience, and did not charge us for that night. The housekeepers were also very kind and immediately looked for solutions once they learned that our AC was not working. The maintenance employee was helpful as well, and I could see that he was working hard to fix the hotel’s AC problems. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool because the water was green, which was disappointing for my children. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades, and the night receptionist could have been more helpful. Other than those issues, everything else went well, and I truly appreciated the manager and staff members who worked hard to resolve the situation.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the size and location of the room. There was plenty of closet and storage space, and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, commercial gyms, shopping, and entertainment. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. The property appeared poorly maintained in several areas. I observed multiple missing ceiling tiles with wiring and other components exposed, as well as several room-entry key card mechanisms with their covers missing. Inside the room, the furniture was badly stained, the curtains had holes, and the sheets were stained. The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room, and the bathroom water pressure was extremely low. The TV and remote also did not work properly. Even after the remote was replaced, I had to troubleshoot the TV myself using information I found online. The hotel fitness center was also disappointing. It was an extremely small room that was hot and musty, and the equipment was visibly stained. I ended up using nearby commercial gyms instead. I stayed for five days and made the best of it, but I would not book this property again. The staff and location were definite positives, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall condition of the hotel need significant improvement.
