Sleek beachfront calm, made for adults

Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres sets a hush-hush mood from the first step into its scent-filled lobby, where Art Deco glamour meets clean modern lines and marble finishes. Public spaces feel intimate, like a private members club, while the resort’s compact design keeps the flow easy from central restaurants and bars to the pools and private beach. Adults-only and intentionally low-key, it’s tuned for couples who want quiet over commotion.

  • Private beach peace

Soft white sand, clear blue water, and a vendor-free shoreline set the tone.

  • Dining with range

From refined French to street tacos and Pan-Asian show cooking, nights stay varied.

  • Miilé Spa hydrotherapy

Aromatic sauna, ice room, steam, and chromotherapy showers in one guided circuit.

Amenities

  • Seven pools, including an oversized main pool
  • Suites with marble baths and rain showers
  • Excellence Club extras: L’Occitane toiletries and Nespresso
  • Whisper speakeasy cocktail flight for club guests
  • La Cava sommelier-led wine tasting journeys
  • Martini Bar hub in the air-conditioned lobby

2 employees stood out. Betsy, who was a waitress on the beach. Took such good care of us. And, Belen, the restaurant manager for the Mexican restaurants. These 2 were outstanding and could not be more helpful while we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the resort. From the moment we arrived, to the final moment we departed, our stay was full of top-notch service, excellent food and terrific facilities. Folks in the resort were genuinely warm and hospitable, they went above and beyond what we asked of them. Overall, this is one of the best resorts we visited and intend to come back to it again! The hotel is more intimate than the others. Perfect place to reconnect with your significant other, the atmosphere was quiet, not much activity to do. The sportbar was great Sergio and Evan was great. Every staff recommended their favorite food. No, shame at all. The Agave was excellent, the food was on point, the cocktails was amazing. The olas was good as well. I love the ceviche. The bartender JuanCarlos was enthusiastic, his special drink 9-1-1 is a must to try. The hotel is so beautiful, very modern, the swim up room perfect is every way.
