It was situated well and close to the station. From the station the whole of Yokahama was at your finger tips with a SUICa card. Short trip by subway and bus to Chinatown. Hotel clean comfortable with very attentive staff. Reasonable priced stay. Perfect location for Cruise. If u want u can do train to bus right to cruise terminal.

Very convenient to the station and there is a nice mall connected to the property. 7-Eleven is also on site. Not as good of a selection but very convenient. I liked staying away from busy Yokohama Station and the price was decent for the time of year. Lots of restaurants conveniently located at the station and hotel.

Double room on 19th floor was clean and servicable but quite small. Front desk responded very promptly to a request for extra pillow and towels. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options including steak. Well located very close to both the Yokohama metro line and the high speed train line stations.

Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in.

Arrived early at the hotel, asked for early check-in (arround two hours), and was informed of fee for early check-in- $5. Very reasonable. Typical smaller room for Japanese Hotels, but clean and well-equipped. Location of hotel, a block away from Shin-Yokohama main train station, makes transportation easy. Good variety of eateries by hotel. I like to visit the attached grocery store for pre-made meals and fresh sushi platters. FYI- Hotel has microwaves for guest. This is my go-to hotel when I visit Yokohama. Another bonus- airport (Haneda and Narita) limo buses stop at the hotel.

The room was very tired and dated. The carpet worn and separating at the join. Approx 20cm step up into the bathroom with the toilet bowl extending across entry into bathroom making entry awkward. Lift response time generally good, except at peak (group) checkin when many floors used. For a very large hotel catering to international guests, some front of house staff spoke/understood English very well, however others not very competent leading to some confusion when making inquiries, such as arrival times for Airport Limosine bus, and approximate time to allow to get to Haneda airport. Overall though convenient location, relatively comfortable stay, and stunning views of Yokohama.

Excellent Location!!! Train station - five minute walk! Shopping and restaurants galore, super close! Room very dated but clean. Left curtain open 24hr./7 to enjoy a beautiful view with three windows long - helped with dark, outdated room. Luggage Precheck-in wonderful with great staff but Front Desk Male Clerk, was very unfriendly and snooty. Ammenities very stingy. No complimentary water bottles either. Over all with all things considered, a good place to stay - Reasonable priced.
