Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only. The hotel was extremely quiet, there was only us around the pool for the first 3 days. We went for breakfast on the 1st morning, a la carte, the pastries and staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was terrible, we left most of it. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located.
