No hot breakfast until weekends. Had no water for twelve hours. No hot water unless ran shower for an hour. Two roaches found in room. Staff is amazing though and helpful. Also room smelled like cigarettes upon checking in

Reasons for booking this hotel: Free breakfast Free parking Kitchen (cookware/utensils provided) This hotel was in a good location and I knew ahead of time that it was going under renovations. We were informed upon check-in that the breakfast will be relocated to the meeting room due to the renovations from 6:30am-9:30am but when we asked about it the next morning, we were informed that there will be no breakfast at all due to renovations. The kitchen in our room did not have any cookware and utensils at all. When we inquired about it at the front desk, we were informed that they no longer provide cookware and utensils since their guests would steal them and that we'd have to buy our own (note: we visited from Canada and have no plans on buying cookware. The main reason why we booked this hotel was because of the kitchen with cookware and utensils provided). The only positive thing about this hotel was the rooms are nicely renovated and the staff are friendly and helpful. **Details about the hotel with regards to the kitchen without cookware and utensils provided should be mentioned in the website so guests can be made aware ahead of time before booking this hotel.**

Don’t bring your children here! Property is falling apart, hallways reek of cigarettes and weed… “renovated rooms” lol yeah right, they look pretty in pictures but this is lipstick in a pig. The rooms smell horrible, come with guests (roaches), the bathrooms were done horribly, pipes loose, either the water is scorching hot or cold, there is no middle, toilet flusher malfunctioning. They switched us from rooms just to give us something worse!!!

The property is under MAJOR renovation. The staff is very courteous and helpful, but the flooring in hallways is torn up, shower pans stacked up in the parking lot, construction in common areas not hidden, and dumpsters in parking lot spaces.

Room interior looks renovated, really nice, but we found a cockroach walking on top of one of the beds and breakfast very bad taste, eggs more specific but overall taste like (not real food). Also air conditioning inside the room was set to 61°F, cold and on the whole day and night but was throwing hot air instead of cold, room and breakfast areas very hot. Now talking about staff they were very nice people! Very good customer service.

The room was clean and newly remodeled, but looked as though it was done hastily. The dishasher was there but not hooked in. Some areas were not quite finished. The is a hot plate, microwave, fridge, ect but no cookware. The hotel is being actively remodeled, but common areas look rough. Parking was ok, hotel is conveniently located.

We had no idea that this hotel is under renovation until we pulled up. The newly remodeled room was fine bit still needs tough up painting and a soap tray in the tub turned into shower. They have a lot of rooms to upgrade. Our (new) Serta mattress was way too soft for us but linens were nice. Pool was tarped over. Bkfst barely adequate. A small muffin, cereal and bagel. But- we only paid $60, so it was adequate.

Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it.

Room was above average for this price level. However the common areas of the hotel seemed to be in a perpetual renovation. Things were in progress but gave the impression that they had been in progress for years as some of the things being renovated were again in need of renovation a second time before being completed the first time. The exterior of this hotel was still in pretty bad shape. However, 4.5 stars for a nice & clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, good TV, and a decent price.

There’s a reason this place is inexpensive. It’s under major Renovations……everywhere. Expect to see dumpsters, piles of trash, fragments of glass in the yard & dirty carpet in the halls. I paid extra to be poolside - what pool? Never refund fed the extra money either. However, once you step into the rooms, they are updated with modern amenities, nice and clean. Beware - they do not care to comprehend the difference between a pet, an emotional support animal and a disability service dog. They charge $75 dollars regardless, require proof of registered service dog via email & several other Florida statue disability violations. Spend $10 more and go 10 miles further to Vacation Villa’s on Celebration lane.
