Room was very clean but what stood out the most was the HR Director (Monica) and the security guy (Austin). They both were so friendly and outgoing this whole 6 days that it made our first time experience so much more pleasurable. With their friendliness and professionalism we will definitely be back!

Staff was courteous and the hotel was in great condition. Only downside was the room bed, it did not seem to be a king size as advertised and it was very uncomfortable (the mattress was not firm, like it was worn out and sank in the middle)

Wonderful experience! The view upon arrival, beautiful!Check in went smoothly. We asked the front desk if he could have something brought to the room. It was there by the time we got to the room! The interior was nice as well. Loved the bar area, the live guitar player!Great customer service! Walking distance to activities!Will be back, with the whole family next time.
