The rooms were clean, and the staff was quite friendly. They also provided us with a complementary welcome drink as well as complimentary mini bar inside the room, which was appreciated. Overall the stay was quite excellent.

Breakfast was really nice and fresh juices are available self serving. Great selection of cheeses.. wonderful ‘lobby’. Out in the open. We loved Florence. We really liked the central market top floor that sells food from morning until midnight and the market downstairs are great to walk around. Love love the lampredotto at this market.
Prey for Italy and Florence to overcome this terrible crises!
