The location is very convenient; a 15 - 20-minute walk from Universal Studios Hollywood. In and Out is a 1/2 mile away. Kaja was quite friendly and very helpful, and the rest of the staff were as well. There was a minor hiccup with the elevator while we were there but was resolved quickly.

The hotel is clean, staff is professional and super nice. Rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. There is no coffee pot in the room and no breakfast included. It’s close to Universal Studios. Please note, there is a parking fee of $27 dollars per night something that does not appear on their third party website. However, the parking was secure and was covered. Across the street there is a gas station, Starbucks, Thai Cuisine, Juice Bar & Cafe, Pizzeria and a small Food store. Next to it is a small picnic park. The area is very neat and safe. I highly recommend to drive to Universal Studios as it’s a little far walking and up a hill.

Universal Studios park is 20 minutes away walking distance, room was clean, but jets in the tub were not working; the pool is very small with very strong smell of chlorine, we could not use it. The staff were nice and friendly.

It is very close to the park and there is a good pizzeria and a Starbucks actoss the street, that is amazing in the morning or at night after the park to grab something to eat. We thought on takd an Uber but it was not needed, it was a nice walk and we felt safe.

It is great for a short stay. My kids enjoyed the pool. Complementary Coffee in the Lobby was great for me. I can go without breakfast, but not without coffee! There is no breakfast in the hotel itself, but there is a Starbucks right accroos the street and a breakfast place down the street.

Nice staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Our room had a fridge, microwave and separate sink which is much appreciated. The offer water, juice , coffee and tea downstairs, but no breakfast. The only bummer is our room faced the busy streets so it was a bit loud. I recommend requesting a room away from that area.
