Checking in and out was seamless, the apartment was clean, loved that they provided so many clean towels and extra blankets as it got a bit chilly at night. The location was central and exactly what we needed to get around between train station/ meetings/dinner etc smoothly. Overall would definitely stay there again.

100% would book here again. Even with the construction, it was a wonderful room perfectly located. Building and room codes are sent by email/text and you can get additional discounted days if the room is available. You won't get a better room for the price in the heart of Boston.

The Kasa Boston common was an excellent stay. The location was excellent ! The apartment was very spacious and well maintained . Very good quality amenities . The beds were luxurious . I couldn’t fault the property for any thing . Only thing could be different is if there were more tea and coffee amenities .Overall a very comfortable stay .

Excellent location. Easy access. Beautiful room. Extremely clean. Bed, linens, towels, soaps, lotions, paper towels, toilet paper, utensils...everything you could possibly need and all extremely nice. The living room area was super nice and comfy. A Roku device was included so there was plenty to watch and to do if you needed a TV.

Kasa's automated system worked well -- we got our codes at 3:50pm, which let us open the external door as well as our room. The area was spacious and clean. Our only confusion was a text that said, "Remember, we don't have anywhere to leave your luggage on the morning of your check-out." Further reading revealed an easy 2-minute walk to a luggage storage facility, but we were worried for 10 minutes in between. Other than that, many thumbs up!

Not a bad place to stay. Still had work to do to get things where it needs to be in some area like detail attention to cleaning which can cause them to loose customers if there are not checks or replacement for Cleaners who missed a huge thing when we checked in it fortunately the response from the young man who checked us in was swift and apologetic and he personally addressed the user. They need better/ more utensils also , such as proper wine glasses etc but they seem to be trying .
