Basic rooms but very clean and very big rooms. Staff is nice. Even though it’s next to the beltway, you can’t hear the noises with the AC on. Definitely recommend

The hotel was great! It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming!! I felt safe here also. I don’t know if the hotel was new or recently remodeled. But if it was recently remodeled, it was done so well that the place felt and looked new!

Second time staying here. Everything was fine. The room was clean with the exception of a few hairs in places but other than that it was nice, quiet, peaceful. I would recommend.

Clean room, nice, quiet, the smell was neutral nothing offputing. Decent place to stay. I wish they served breakfast that would give them 5 stars. Also I know other extended stays that provide utensils, toasters, pots & pans things like that. But other than that my stay was pretty good.

This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. For the price/rate, this was a great deal,

Everything was as expected. Clean rooms. (I've stayed in more than one) The grounds are kept and there isn't any craziness going on at night. Well lit parking lot and friendly staff. Too bad more studio 6 aren't like this.

Great experience

I was very impressed with the condition of the property. I was absolutely pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly. My microwave didn’t work when I checked in and they immediately replaced it. My room was super clean everything smelled new. The floors were beautiful the bed was comfortable clean sheets no bugs no roaches no nasty smells the parking lot was bright and lit up at night. I really was happy that they accommodate pets so I was able to bring my fur baby and they have a section that I can walk my dog and allow her to use the bathroom. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come back to houston. Sam Houston parkway humble location. Best experience I’ve had in a long time at a hotel.

Overall it was a great stay! Only thing is it’s a full kitchen with no dishes, pots & pans, no cups or plates, no paper towels. The shower towels as well seem a little ran down they were very thin & the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Those are just small things to fix though. If all those things were better it would be 5 stars for sure. I will be back though 😊
