Staff were nice. Sheets were clean. Place is very noisy during late hours and early mornings. Saw a roach in kitchen and one in bathroom. Also one bed was so lopsided couldnt sleep on that side of bed.

Ok, it is being renovated, and I will give the staff 5 stars for maintaining a helpful smile throughout. But the reality was that 1 of 2 elevators worked, 4 out of 5 washing machines were out of order, 1 of 2 burners in the kitchenette stovetop worked. Probably more, but that kind of set the tone. Its location was very convenient for the part of LA we were exploring so that was a plus. I'm sure that once it is all put together it will be a fine place. Sadly, that hadn't happened yet during our stay.

The place smelled so bad like cat pee as soon as you got of the elevator to the floor for our room. The walls are very thin could hear everything going on in the room next door. Not only could we hear them but we could smell the drugs being smoked as well. When we got in the room the window was opened as if it was know it smelled bad in there to air out but that did not do anything. There was some kind of bug crawling on the ceiling too that we have no clue what it was and luckily I didnt see this till the last night before are long drive home. We will unfortunately not ever stay here again most likely. It is very close the airport, in the same parking as a shopping center and restaurants too sadly. Very close to the freeway to make it easy to go places too. Maybe in the far far future we will give it another try again but smells and how clean it is always do it for me.

No coffee pot available, only 2 forks- no other silverware, pots pans very old, no glasses, a flipper and spoon supplied. We were able to get a wine cork. No kitchen towels. We stayed so we could cook! Also NO hairdryer! I have never stayed in a hotel where there were no hairdryers. The iron and board were ok. The carpet at entrance was very frayed and nails poked up… The whole place was very tired! I would not stay again or recommend it. Parking was adequate Cleaning staff very helpful with extra towels and toilet paper

I feel The floor was not swept nor mopped! I had a large amount of dog hair on the soles of our slippers and socks. Other than the floor the room was clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact that I can cook my meals and not have to eat out and spend more money than necessary! We will be back! We enjoyed our stay!

I’ve had several extensions here, as I’m in the middle of a move. The Front Desk Staff has always been lovely & helpful. I was recently assisted by Kam on a reservation mixup & he was very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at many different Extended Stay Americas over the years, but my recent stay at the Burbank Airport location really stood out. I was there for just over two weeks, and I’m honestly almost flabbergasted by how nice the staff was and how clean the entire facility was. This location is by far superior to any of the others I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had here!

It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel.

The hotel looks ok from the outside then you go in. The staff was not helpful. Our door would not open. We would have to put to room key in and out at least 10 times every time we wanted to go in before it would work and when we asked for assistance the staff just said that the issue was not the key it was the door. No fix no solution just the door. The hotel SMELLS inside. As you walk down the hallway the bad smells change from one to the next. The room itself was fine. The best compliment I can give it is the beds were clean. The hotel allows pets so there were dogs barking and howling most nights. For the price this hotel was not worth and I will not be returning.
