We are a family of 4 who spent a week in Seoul, touring the city and its nearby sites. Novotel met all our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul.

This was the third hotel we stayed during our 2 week trip in Korea. We enjoyed here so much that we came back after our trip to Busan to stay for another 3 days. The location was perfect! It was right next to the bus stop and walking distance to the subway. There’s an Olive Young across the street, two convenient stores, and a mall close by. There are plenty of dining options as well. The staff are very warm and friendly They gave us recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. My favorite staff was Hanji who helped check us in and made me want to rebook at Novetel for the end of our trip!

It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”

The family room was fantastic. It was the perfect size for a family of four, with plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was equally impressive, and the bath was absolutely huge. Honestly, I couldn't fault either the room or the hotel. The only slight and I mean slight downside was the location. If it had been a little closer to Myeongdong, it would have been perfect. Travelling on the subway with four people and two large suitcases each isn't ideal for everyone, although, in fairness, I could have taken a taxi and you'll only do that twice.

The breakfast is on the expensive side but overall, the hotel is a well ran and properly maintained facility. The swimming pool is amazing.
