Breathtaking views from the rooms, the restaurants, and the Basin spa was such a relaxing experience. Hikes from every direction with amazing views. Food was top class and had the best steak in the Fairview. The service couldn’t be any better with attendees at every step of your stay. A fine upstanding icon and our stay was beyond wonderful.

The service and care of everyone I came across during my stay was fantastic. Sarah at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful! In addition, The Basin was an amazing experience. This was a special trip for me. I took it solo after my fiancé passed. I was nervous it wouldn’t live up to the hype. However, the views, the staff, and the overall experience did not disappoint.

The staff were over the top kind, competent, helpful and engaging. The view from our room was enchanting and the entire visit was relaxing but yet invigorating. My only regret is that we didn't stay nearly long enough to totally absorb the fullness of the hotel adventures. We definitely desire a repeat visit maybe during winter or spring.

This hotel is the ultimate and luxury. The staff treated me like I was their most important guest. The view outside of my window was so breathtaking. I was able to roll out of bed at 7:30 in the morning, raise my window shade, sit in my window seat, and take an amazing photo of the sunrise. Any food that I purchased at the many restaurants was all fantastic. Every amenity that a person could want is available at this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience 10/10,the staff was amazing specially Harrison from Lakeview restaurant. Everything about our experience was unforgettable in the best way. The view from our room was breathtaking!Can’t wait to go back and definitely stay at the Fairmont.

You have to stay here at least one night to get the whole experience. The rooms are amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is exceptional.

This was an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved being able to text the concierge- they were able to move our dinner reservation for us via text. The view from the lake view room is without a doubt worth the cost!

Excellent hotel and staff. Much preferred staying at this location compared to Fairmont Banff Springs (which is grossly overrated). Service was more personable, catered and staff seemed to genuinely care about the guest experience.
