The location and amenities were wonderful, as were the staff! The food options left us wanting a little, but that forced us out into the surrounding area where we found delicious options! The nighttime displays and celebrations were awesome and so unexpected!

This is the best place I stay in Osaka Japan, the hotel has so much space and very kids friendly, my kids had a great time run around. Food is good! Room is clean and big! Staff are nice!

Great for those who have kids. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The Pika Pika night was amazing with food and games. There was free robe rentals. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The outdoor area is immaculate and picturesque.

Free wifi, large room very helpful and friendly staff helpful and useful amenities. Only down side is if you want mcdonald, burger king... western food it will take a long walk or need a train ride. But transportation is everywhere. Hotel get free shuttle to universal daily. If money is not an issue, I would suggest at least try thr breakfast buffet once. I love this hotel

We loved the room we stayed in. It was perfect for a family of 4. The only downside was that there was no kitchen facilities, which is hard when you have kids. Even juat having a microwave and some cutlery would have been good. Other than that the staff were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fourth trip to Osaka, first time at OM07, best hotel stay for final days of our trip. There are free snacks and drinks with games every night! Rooms are spacious, tatami style, my child enjoyed sleeping on the floor while we had the double beds to ourselves. Being only one station away from Tenoji, it was easy to manage time to the airport with Haruka express. Even had sufficient time to enjoy the morning onsen and neighbourhood before we left.

Staff was really friendly and hospitality was great. Room was clean and had enough room for us 4 boys. Located right next to the Shin Imamiya train station made it so easy to get around Osaka. Located near by is the Tsutenkaku tower, great place to get pictures of the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay.
