Breakfast is definitely the best perk; having a shuttle bus that runs to a 2-mile range is very much appreciated; staff was amazingly helpful and considerate; location is a plus; and the room was nice and big. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the property was conveniently located near Vanderbilt. Cons: The street noise was terribly loud all night and the pillows were old and lumpy (we actually went to Costco and bought new ones on our second night).

Hotel was in perfect location. Valet parking did an amazing job. Housekeeping was spotty. Had to request clean towels and toilet paper several times as room was not checked. It appeared that hotel was not staffed with enough employees. The staff that was there were great but extremely busy so it took time for requests.

We loved that we had a kitchen and dishes, utensils, and pots to use, the fridge kept everything super cold, and we liked the dishwasher. We absolutely loved the spacious room to where it had a living room and nice bedroom with comfortable beds and pillows! We loved everything about the room, and the view of Rothschild College was nice. We liked the free breakfast every morning. We liked that there was a pool but with it being inside it was so cold, but the kids didn’t mind lol. The staff was very helpful! We also liked that there was a free shuttle to take us near downtown and pick us back up so we didn’t have to walk or drive and try to find somewhere to park and pay for parking.
