Very nice property. Safe and people who worked at the hotel super friendly. Negative, I had to do an early check in and a Hyatt member and was not happy when asked me to pay an extra night. Other than that great experience.

The folks at the front desk were very helpful. Expedia mentioned free self parking which was not the case - but they honored our reservation and were very helpful. We look forward to returning to the Hyatt and will book directly with them from now on!
