Great place .. the property was great with a heated Pool and hot tub . There is the shipwreck lounge right on property and you can get drinks serve to you by the pool . Also the shipwreck lounge is nice and busy at night .

This hotel has become a bit shop worn buildings need a paint job. Housekeeping is subpar for the price and we had a dripping shower head, The grounds are beautiful with a nice pool and spa, both are great with plenty of chairs. Daily breakfast is perfect and the lobby becomes a fun bar at night.

First time in Provincetown and truly felt that we picked the best place to stay! Staff is super friendly and truly go above and beyond every single day! They have a great breakfast every morning followed by an evening wine and cheese social. Location is a block away from commercial street. They also have free bike rentals.

We had the most magical 8 year anniversary! Upon arrival we were met by Dale, what a doll!!! He provided so much info abou the town and was so charming and welcoming. The room was divine, cute, clean and from a fairy tale. The pool vibes were off the chain, everyone was so chill and just there to enjoy life! We cant wait to come back!

We had such a great experience staying at the Brass Key. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated, and all of the staff were amazing and extremely welcoming. I especially wanted to express my gratitude to Dale, who helped us upgrade our room upon arrival. Dale is a perfect example of someone who truly loves their job and is passionate about going above and beyond in customer service. We will definitely be back!

We were always greeted with polite and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was up the street a little ways and their sister inn, Crowne Point. The room was very small but affordable and cozy. The jacuzzi was working on our first night's stay and it was very relaxing.

The Brass Key is one of Provincetown's most iconic properties, and it's easy to see why. The beautifully landscaped courtyard and one of the best pool areas in town create a relaxing oasis just steps from Commercial Street. The location is outstanding, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. That said, I don't think the accommodations currently match the premium price point. The rooms are quite small, with limited space to move around, very little closet space, and nowhere convenient to store luggage. Our room also showed noticeable wear, including scuffed walls, worn flooring, and general maintenance issues that made it feel dated. We also missed some of the thoughtful touches the Brass Key was once known for, like the warm afternoon cookies. Breakfast was adequate but very basic, more in line with an extended-stay hotel than a luxury boutique property. Adding more fresh, local options would make a big difference. Ultimately, what you're paying for is the exceptional outdoor space. The courtyard and pool are truly beautiful and set the Brass Key apart from most other Provincetown accommodations. I hope the owners invest in refreshing the rooms, addressing maintenance, enhancing the breakfast, and bringing back some of those memorable guest amenities. The property has an incredible foundation, and with those improvements it would once again feel worthy of its premium rates.
