Las Verandas was a great choice. The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful balcony and the food was delicious! The grounds are very well maintained and the ground around the pools never gets hot. The concierge was very helpful, booking us a snorkeling trip and providing other helpful information. The one downfall (no fault of Las Verandas) was the no-see-ums, so bring bug spray and use it!

Very beautiful place. I had the 2 bedroom infinity pool oceanfront villa. VERY VERY nice & spacious. Two levels of space. This hotel is in Pristine Bay, very secluded & quiet, so if you're looking for just relaxation & away from everything this is the place for you.

The hotel has beautiful facilities, well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly. However, the biggest disappointment was the beach. The sea is full of seaweed, and it appears that it is not being cleaned regularly. As a result, it is very difficult and unpleasant to swim. It is such a shame because the location has so much potential, but the beach condition significantly affects the overall experience. I hope the hotel takes better care of this in the future.

Las Verandas Hotel & Villas offered a truly beautiful and relaxing stay. The property grounds were clean, well-maintained, and created a peaceful atmosphere throughout. We stayed in a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa with a private pool, which provided both comfort and privacy. The villa itself was very roomy, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff were friendly, attentive, and highly accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a great choice for a luxurious getaway.

Our room was very clean and well appointed. The food was excellent, the pool and bar staff were also really good. My only criticism was they seemed understaffed, as the service times seemed a bit too long and that was directly due to staffing (we waited 25 minutes just to have someone take or dinner order the last night we were there. Regardless, we will be coming back.

What can I say, I’m happy I found this place for my solo trip journey. Just what I needed, love the property and love everything about the staff. The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. Honestly you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. There’s literally everything there. I like the idea of having a second infinity pool that’s more kids friendly. Food and drinks were good. I can’t wait come back here.
