Beautiful hotel! Beautiful Pool! Beautiful rooftop restaurant. The bar tender was so nice and friendly. The checkin was seamless. Every staff member I interacted with was nothing but nice. I will definitely return.

Loved everything about OLV! They were very accommodating to all requests once available. The staff everywhere are very friendly! Special shoutout to Pierre at Dante restaurant! He was exceptional in service! Overall a great experience and definitely would recommend !!

I would have gave 5 stars if we were informed about the construction being done on property right under our room couldn’t get an up grade but my room was moved please be clear to guest about what they are walking into other then tht property was beautiful staff was excellent

Our stay at OLV Hotel was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. A special thank you to Nelly from housekeeping for her kindness and the thoughtful personalized note she left for us. Those little touches truly made our stay even more special. ❤️ We had a great experience and created some beautiful memories during our time in Puerto Rico. Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The valet staff were quick and friendly. The room was clean daily by housekeeping. No water issues at the hotel. The pool and hot tub are very clean and beautiful. The bar is impressive and food is pretty good. 10/10 coming back.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. Our room had a wrap around balcony which we had a beautiful view of the river from. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were okay at Dante. The pool is cute but not really functional, there’s one small bench so when multiple people are in the pool the “storage” is very limited, there’s is also no seating inside the pool except for one ledge near the waterfalls. There’s no real server for the pool so you have to flag down the bartender which can be a little hectic. The location is great several restaurants in the vicinity within walking distance. Overall we had a really good stay.
