This was a great option that was among the most budget-friendly, especially for places within walking distance of Nye Beach! The staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub and sauna were all great. I would recommend this place for anyone heading to Newport!

The hotel is right on the ocean, I was 100ft away from the cliff side. The hotel as clean and peaceful. The pool house is great. Clean water, nice hot tub & awesome sauna! We loved our stay!

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it had a wonderful view of the beach and the ocean. It is an easy walk down to Nye Beach shops and restaurants. We have stayed here many times over the years and always stay here when visiting Nye Beach and Newport.

Clean and basic hotel in good location. Bed was quite new along with carpet and sink. Room furniture was old and greasy (not sure what they used to clean table top). TV almost impossible to figure out. Friendly staff. The exterior of buildings is in need of maintenance and paint, but rooms are OK for a short stay at relatively affordable price, in what has become a .ridiculously expensive town during high and shoulder seasons
