The staff was super nice and friendly . They have a few bars and one restaurant. There are a few great restaurants with in close walking distant as well as coffee shops and close to downtown . A nice and unique stay . The rooms were spacious and clean .
We had another great stay at Union Station Nashville Yards. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and also has excellent service and amenities. It has been a few years since we have been to Nashville and were very impressed with the new recreation area on the bottom level. The pickle ball courts and outdoor bar are incredible. The staff was really fun and it had a great vibe. Room service is quick and the food is amazing. The hotel is a destination in itself. Thanks for another wonderful experience. We will be back.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Union Station- Nashville Yards. It is a beautiful hotel , the breakfast was delicious , the location perfect, but most of all the staff , every single one , was exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable.
If we are in Nashville again we will return to this wonderful place !Lynne G.
We love staying in unique properties and adore old architecture. This is an old train station.... next to functioning railroad tracks. The trains run all night and our room was overlooking the tracks... we didn't sleep well, but wouldn't miss the experience.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel and it’s just a short walk to the lively Broadway area with countless options to hear live music. We stayed in a spacious double bed room. Check out the pickle ball courts and bar outside under the road above. They had live music and an extensive cocktail menu. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our stay exceeded our expectations.
Staff very professional and courteous! Solved a reservation problem for us and communicated the resolution promptly!
Room was very clean and comfortable.
The holiday decorations put us in the spirit…and the lobby bar is always so inviting!
