Beautiful resort! All of the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Food was fresh and delicious. Secrets Playa Blanca is definitely one of the top three resorts I have had the pleasure of staying at and will most certainly visit again.

We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back!

My stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—welcoming, attentive, and always with a smile.
