This hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was really good. We had such a great time in Cartagena and plan to visit in the future. When we do, we are definitely staying here!

Right as we arrived we were greeted with complementary drinks ,friendly staff and an awesome smell emanating from the hotel. throughout are stay staff was accommodating and friendly they even gave us recommendations on were to go. We decided to get to purchase the romantic package for the spa and it exceed our expectations. Everything was perfect and we would go back again,Highly recommended this hotel for your stay .

Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel! My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The property was very nice and the staff were excellent. It was in a great neighborhood and only a short walk to the old city. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Getsemaní Hotel in March and had a wonderful overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to so many incredible restaurants, attractions, and neighborhoods, making it easy to explore Cartagena on foot. One thing that really stood out was the front door staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and eager to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The only downsides were that there was construction taking place right on the corner during our stay, which created some noise, although that's obviously outside of the hotel's control. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be the pool and bar experience. There didn't seem to be enough staff available, so service was slower than expected. It would also be nice if music started earlier by the pool. Guests relaxing poolside at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. should be able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with music rather than waiting until later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Getsemaní Hotel. The beautiful property, outstanding location, and exceptional hospitality from the staff made it a memorable stay. With a few improvements to the pool experience, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

This hotel is stunning! It is in a very convenient location and very walkable. The staff of the hotel specifically Rey & Elizabeth were so extremely helpful. I’m grateful that I was able to explore Cartagena from this location. In also a female solo traveler so I felt very safe!

Amazing property, clean rooms, gorgeous setting, attentive staff. 3 minute walk into the heart of Getsemani with lots of restaurants sightseeing and parties at night! By far my favorite area in Cartagena. Elizabeth at the front desk was great at helping us with all our needs and the inclusive breakfast was fantastic. The pool was incredible as well! Stay here!!!!

Great boutique type hotel with full amenities. Walking distance to attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception area is undergoing renovation and there is no AC in the lobby yet, but that is supposed to be coming.
