The best part of this property was the ocean view from the lobby entrance and dining area. That’s what you’re paying for. Other than that, the king room was mediocre with a small bathroom and little counter space.

Lovely location and view. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Helpful and nice staff. Rating lower because the rooms are loud due to old air conditioning. It is like an airplane taking off in your room making it difficult to sleep at night. They need to do some upgrades.

Very beautiful spot on the coast. Very boutique size which is nice and located centrally to many great shops and restaurants. The resort restaurant does not quite live up to a standard for this type of resort. Selections are extremely limited and not one shrimp option on the menu. Rather odd. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff are excellent.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything about the property is perfect and the staff is even more so! We had an air conditioning issue in our room and immediately someone came to check on it and they moved us to a different room. Very kind staff at all levels.

This is a beautiful location and the property is luxury..However the room we were placed in was disappointing. The patio /garden was small, dark, and not well maintained. We used it for 5 minutes. Our room was next to the laundry vent and parking lot which had utility trucks coming and going so sitting on the patio was not comfortable! The room itself was nicely appointed except for the ants in the bathroom. Yes, ants. We didn’t realize the infestation until the second day of our visit. I was bit on my forearm so they gave me a first aide cream and took off the resort fee. We have yet to see the refund. On top of all that we were forewarned at check in that the city was shutting down the electricity for repairs so we were in the dark from 4am-8:30am. And the WiFi , TV , and some other systems were down. At this $$$$ price point we were expecting calm and leisure. Oh no. Dogs, babies, and small children on the loose. Couldn’t use the pool either. Kids took hours playing. Adults were annoyed. I would NOT recommend this stay. Can you blame me?
