What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was kind, prompt, and very understanding throughout my visit. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay – clean, spacious, and great service! ​Rating: 10/10 ​"I was really impressed with this property. The rooms were spotlessly clean and much more spacious than I expected. Having a full kitchen and a full-sized fridge was a total game-changer for a comfortable stay. ​The real highlight was the team—the staff was kind, prompt, and very understanding of our needs. It’s a great feeling to stay somewhere where the service is as good as the room. Highly recommend!"

This place is horrible. Had the jacuzzi suite and there was no hot water. Mgt said since I booked with Expedia that I would have to contact them for any complaints. NO HOT WATER.

The property management staff is horrible. The are very rude and do not respect guest privacy. They knocked on my door and gave me the office phone with some stranger asking who was in my room. A woman named Michael looking for her boyfriend. How crazy and the management staff walks off without the office phone. They walk property harassing guest and charge a deposit to some and not to other by profiling guest. This is not a good place if your a single female . It is not safe due to staff sleeping in the office during late hours while people are coming in and out and during business hours theie chasing down vehicles asking people for IDs and who's visiting them and when they will leave. Never again will I stay here or recomed it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep and a comfortable place to stay.

I stayed in the jetted tub room, and, Oh My WORD, so much more than I expected! An entire room for a tub that could hold 4! And the rest of the room was amazing. The staff were so friendly! I will stay here next time I am in town!
