The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast options as well for a family with kids. We had solid breakfast options during our stay. The staff brought extra covers for the pull out couch making the girls very comfortable overnight. The room was fully equipped with all of the bathroom amenities as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others who are visiting the area.

Front desk staff ‘Forest’, she helped me for quick check in as we were in rush to drop our luggage and then leave for another place. Breakfast was served warm and the area was kept super clean. Room was ready clean and fresh. Location is great, the stream flows adjacent to the property. It has a deck with chairs and tables to enjoy morning break fast or evening drinks with family and friends. The location is though 20 minutes drive from Cherokee downtown but it’s worth coming out of city buzz and stay in calm environment. If I visit Cherokee NC again, will definitely stay at Best Western Place.

I have stayed at Best Western in Dillsboro NC many many times over the years. It’s my go to place. Clean rooms, the indoor heated pool and the atmosphere are just a few of the great amenities offered. The staff always welcome my family and I as if its our second home especially the breakfast staff. The view and access to the river make it even more enjoyable especially if you have children in the summer months.

The view of the river is gorgeous. I had a river view room with a balcony, but the building has an excellent design with a deck off the dining room with chairs and tables, so any guest can get comfortable and enjoy the view as often and for as long as they like. For decades I’ve stayed in numerous hotels per year for work annd play, and this one was the quietest. The layout is easy to navigate and the room had everything I needed, including a small fridge and microwave.
