The lack of an in-room safe was inconvenient, but other than that, the room was hygienic and I had a pleasant stay.

Close to Shinagawa Station

Clean, comfortable bed and ample room for a few luggage. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Quiet. Free breakfast included at Royal Host next door. Just a few minutes walk to Shinagawa Station and close to a 7-11.

Other reviews mentioned how great it was to be so close to the train station, but I didn’t find it enjoyable. Very noisy and high street traffic— walking and cars. Lots of construction in the area. Front desk was kind, but we didn’t always understand each other. Love the amenities. Room was clean. Shower was clean, but I was unsure how to use it. There was no a/c- the fan doesn’t blow, just moves air in the room. We don’t suffer, just wanted it a little cooler, since windows were shut.

The location is great. The breakfast at the restaurant was included which was nice. But the room is very small, not much room, no temperature control in. The room as the hotel control. It was hot even with AC was on.
