"The hotel has very nice views and price was reasonable - I booked all harbor view rooms for my 2 weeks stay. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly - they even got my room ready for early checkin with a nice view - without me asking knowing my return from a very tiring trip! I want to specially mention my housekeeper Ms. Wong Lifen - she gave GREAT SERVICES to me, and every time I wanted something she just popped out right away with a big smile! I loved that! The only slight discomfort was the tiny shower area and slow drain in it. THANK YOU for making my stay with you such a pleasant experience! Highly recommended hotel and I will definitely return next time."
