They do have a coin laundry which makes it nice when planning a trip meaning you can pack lite and wash as you go. Also the property is close to pubs so if your a night owl amd want to get a taste of local night life its an ideal location. and it is walking distance to akihabara. Room was pretty good, as was internet, although did have some problems staying connected,but was fast enough when hooked up.. Only real complaint was coffee and breakfast at the hotel not available till 8am. We had to run across the street every morning to get coffee at the Family Mart. At least it was close. Sun comes up at arround 6 am (late October) so don't get the breakfast if you want an early start.Only other minor complaint is they use regular keys and want you to give them the key when you leave and show them a piece of paper when you return.
