Property was clean, well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, and with the induction cook top loaner, I cooked and ate all my meals in the room during my stay... very nice to have that option. And the dishwasher was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, I slept better there than I do at home.

The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity.

The room felt like a mini home. The gym was clean anmd modern. The front desk staff was engaging and friendly. The breakfast included a waffle bar and everything you would need to fuel your morning. Free Java all day long!

Several other guests were loud and obnoxious all throughout the night, and sleep was hard. The bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned properly, and someone else's hair was plastered across the shower walls. I was shown the room as being able to sleep 4, but there wasn't a couch... Just two chairs. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Okay place. Stayed two nights. First night an alarm kept going off somewhere. May have been the elevators because next day they were not working. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff only cleans rooms every other day so if you stay two nights, you'll need to re-use towels or request fresh ones. Amenities are what customers pay for.

Okay so im going to start this review out with the good first then the terribel.....im going to give a big shout out to KAT AND BRADY The new guy who Beautiful Kat was training, they were the absolute most amazing people along with the wonderful pregnant breakfast line lady, I give them a 10 all the way!! NOW HERE IS THE DISTURBING PART. THIS PART IS ABSOLUTELY APAULING!!! So I PAID For a 2 night stay threw a 3rd party, now I did not have my physical DL and my physical Credit Card,But of course Kat and Brady made it all happen and got the paperwork that the hotel provides, for guest like me to fill out then send copies of both the cards and bam got to stay, NOW after the first night I stayed in had a friend(he is a African American this matters by the end)come visit me that afternoon, and we went to smoke out by the pool, (which i had been doing all evening mind you) so one of the managers come out tells us the property is a non smoking property that we had to go at least 15 ft off the property to smoke, then asked for my room number and name, the man saw me getting breakfast that morning, I said I do apologize I was unaware, so we put the cigarettes out and walked threw went out the front and proceeded to walk around to go smoke, then on the other side of the building from the pool, low and behold what do you know there is a whole smoking section for the guest!!! Blew my mind, so of course I put my cigarette out and went bk inside asked for that same gentle men, and he SAID

This is a poor-quality hotel. The breakfast is terrible definitely a 1-star experience. The worst part is that this is the only Home2 Suites by Hilton I have stayed at with such a disappointing breakfast; all the other Home2 Suites locations have been excellent. The elevator was not working, the bathroom was very small, and the mirror had many handprints on it, which made the room feel unclean. Overall, the property appears to be poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Was at hotel for week 3 days in no water can't use to flush toilets. No warning it was going to be off. Went to use grill not working. No note saying out of order. Was in elevator more then once with no lights on. Need better communication with customers if issues arise.
