An incredible hotel. Truly one of a kind. La Mamounia is on another level. The service is incredible, but what impressed me even more is the attention to detail everywhere you look. The rooms are beautifully decorated, every space feels special, and even just walking around the hotel and the gardens is an experience by itself. I used the gym, had dinner at Le Marocain, spent time exploring the property, and everything was consistently excellent. The staff makes you feel taken care of without being intrusive, and the level of detail in the design, the service, and the overall experience is really impressive. It’s not just a luxury hotel. It has character, history and a very strong sense of place. You really feel that you are in Marrakech. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable.

Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect

The rooms are dark and small. It is hard to book a spa or dinner reservation. Food is ok. The hotel itself is huge and a great location. I just wish it were more accommodating and the service were better.

This hotel is simply out of this world. Gorgeous facilities, attention to every single detail. Staff spoke several languages, everybody was courteous and kind and engaging. The uniforms were beautifully crafted.... amazing experience!!!!

Lovely hotel and oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Was very busy, staff were pleasant, rooms spacious and the gardens are beautiful- would recommend.
