Excellent location, it’s close to both train lines and bus stop. Doota mall and the outlet is just behind the hotel, if you need to do some last minute shopping that’s the place to go to. The hotel room is clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom has a bathtub and the shower head is pressured one I love it. The toiletries also smells great! I forgot to take a picture of the brand. There is also a communal kitchen in each flood which equiped with a small dinning area and a microwave! If you need to eat or use the microwave that’s where you could go. It also has a 7 eleven located in level 14 and ground floor has a scale, I use it to check how heavy my luggage is so I could reorganise it if I need to. Overall, I love this hotel and would consider staying here again if I comeback to Korea.

Staff was very friendly. Convenient we stayed here after moving hotels last minute. Good location for tour buses. My husband and I went on two tours while we stayed at the hotel. It was comfortable, lots of food options, and shopping. Great restaurants. Near a Moneybox where you can get the best rate for exchanging money.

We have been to Seoul many times and I think this hotel is one of my favorite hotels so far. Hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It also shares the building with Hyundai Outlet Mall so shopping is very convenient. If you need glasses, there is an optometry station on B1 in the mall in front of the escalators and they are very friendly and for basic glasses, you can get them within 20-30 minutes for a fraction of the cost in the states. There is a convenience store in the lobby (CU), however, it seems to be out of stock very easily because so many people in the hotel shop there. There are many convenience stores right around the hotel so this is not really that big of a deal. One thing to note is that the lobby is on the 14th floor where you check in and check out, but the concierge is on the first floor.. Transportation is super easy from the hotel as you have access to four different subway lines within minutes of walking and bus stations going in every direction. There is also a taxi station on the main road in front of Doota Mall which is next door. There are also many very good restaurants in the alleys around the hotel. Highly recommend!

レジデンストリプルの部屋でしたが ベッドルームとの間に扉があったので 孫を寝かせてからキッチンでペダルのチキンを食べたり紙を乾かしたり出来てとても便利でした。 レジデンスの部屋はトイレバスがベッドルームで　湯船とは別にシャワールームもあって 助かりました 次もレジデンストリプルに泊まろうと思いました

どのスタッフの方も日本語がお上手でコミュニケーションに困ることがなかったです。 お部屋も清潔で、築年はあると思いますが適切にメンテナンスが行われている印象でした。 シーツ等は3泊までは同じものを使うようでしたが、熱湯で殺菌をしているというこだわりがあり、ダニ等の害虫に対しての不安が払拭されました。シーツやタオルに嫌な臭いがなく安心して使うことができました。 立地も最高で、二駅アクセス可能で江南エリアにも江北エリアにも出やすく、観光に最適でした。 空港リムジンバスも近くに泊まるので大きなスーツケースを持っていてもフラットアクセスで楽でした。 また近くにオリーブヤングやダイソーなどがありばら撒き用のお土産を買うのに便利でした。 次回渡韓の際もこちらに泊まりたいなと思います。
