For my first time in Mexico, this was a great introduction. The resort was beautiful and the pool/beach was outstanding. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and inviting. The food halls, restaurants and buffets were clean as well as the hotel room itself. However, for an all-inclusive resort, everything should all be included, all restaurants/areas, no matter what package or tier. I also had classic hotel hiccups such as the safe not working and the shower temperature being inconsistent… my only tip is to make sure all personal items are locked up extra tight!

The resort has its benefits for being cost efficient but in the end, we should have booked a nicer resort for the price we spent. The staff is good here and very accommodating though, and we did get a free upgrade due to loud noise/partying in a room next door to our original room.

The room was beautiful obviously the hotel is decades old so some wear and tear is expected but it was been well maintained and updated very nicely in many cases! The staff are like a big familyband very helpful the resort is hige which is why it is able to offer so much to its guest!

Stay was really good. Resort is really nice and easily accessible to beach , pool, kids zone and bar and restaurant. Food was good also and they have shows every night which we really enjoyed. Room service was great and rooms were always left neat and clean during room service.

The place was ok, the room was outdated, hard to get reservation for the restaurant, if you get late to your reservation they wont let you in, food was ok, long lines for dinner, we had to take down the beach chairs from the pool and there wasn't barely any shade, the staffs were nice a d friendly. The rooms need major upgrades but the property is solid. Im not sure why people mentioned bugs but that wasn't my experience at all. If you're looking for luxury this is not it but if you love the pool, beach, nature, wild life and cheap strong drinks this is the place for you. I wanted to give the property a 3 star because of the room but to be fair, it's basic not bad.

Our room was clean even though a bit dated. They provided housekeeping daily and restocked everything which was nice. Overall the staff was cery nice and helpful. We did find it a bit difficult to get oriented with the resort due to the size, but this also afforded a very nice selection of restaurants and pools. We would caution against the "leisure club" sales pitch, seems to be a staple here.

Overall our family enjoyed the Grand Oasis for it's varied outdoor spaces, with peacocks and koi fish; multiple dining and bar options offered good service and selection. The beach and lack of was too rough for young children as well as no outdoor play area accessible to children under 4.

I would like to start by saying to be extra cautious with check in personnel they are scam artists.. they tried to charge me an additional $870.00 for my son that is 13 years old saying that he is considered an adault.. I called Expedia and the agent was really helpful stayed on the line until a manager came to the desk and everything was squared away.. was happy that agent also offered me another resort if oasis would not resolve the problem.. After everything manager apologized for the so called confusion from his employees.. On another note resort is ok just a lil too big pools are awesome food is what you make it can be good or bad.. rooms are ok only needed to sleep beds are comfortable..
