I had a lovely stay at the hotel. All the staff I came into contact with were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, from reception through to the bar and breakfast team. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and plenty of options to cater for different dietary requirements. There was something for everyone. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and the friendly and attentive staff really made a difference. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed for a week and loved this hotel. It's not in the most touristy area, which we appreciated. Great little neighbourhood with walkable shops and restaurants and reasonable walking distance to major transport options. Breakfast was lovely.

I wish there’s a way a guest can rent or have access to ventilator fans since AC is not cold enough for 3 people during summer months. The room was clean. We get daily clean towels and our room was getting clean. Receptionists are stays helpful and accommodating. I kept on asking them to help ME with ice for my water bottles.

I recently spent a few days at the Neya Hotel, and it was an enjoyable experience overall. The breakfast was perfect and the room and bathroom were clean and adequate. Throughout my stay, Alexander and Sheila at the front desk went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned well throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served till 10.30 so plenty of time, also good selection of food. Plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants nearby or another option is metro (8-10 min walk) and go into the centre.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great value for money and outside of the main tourist area which I liked as you pay less. The transport options were very close and you could easily walk into the touristic areas. The room was clean and food facilities.
