Room was clean and neat. I said amenities were terrible because there are NO AMENITIES. Microwave, 2 burner cook top, ample apartment size fridge/freezer, but no dishes, pans, flatware, or microwaveable mugs/cups, no coffee/coffee pot ANYWHERE. Bring your own stuff! No ice machines, just empty trays in the freezer. No one comes in to replace towels, although you can purchase them at front desk. Signage in room says you have to take your own trash out back of the building to the dumpster. I was on my way back in from doing that and was told that only was for extended stay people. That's not what the in-room sign says. It was clean and free parking and nice staff. No pool!

Very nice room overall. Just a few minor things look like it needed to be updated l, but great room for the price. Friendly staff when checking in. Only thing was that later at night, the front desk was completely closed so when we had issues with our key, it was difficult to quickly get help. Overall good hotel.

I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I guess if u know what you are getting, then it is good enough. We had a decent night sleep with no noise or hollering.
