I liked how the property was located in a very convenient place (near a large station, large selection of food and stores), the staff were extremely polite and kind, and it even came with a laundry facility.

Great location close to Shin Yokohama station and blue line subway stop. The property is bit old but much better than other Japanese business hotels (budget but clean small room hotels) in the same price range. Staff was very helpful! Easy check out by the automatic machine.

Great staff and help. Looks like it’s an older location that could use a facelift but overall good.

The property was conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama station but didn’t have many people around which was always nice. The staff always make sure to greet you and you always feel welcomed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The room is nice and has enough space and the best part is that the bathroom is bigger than most standard hotels. Laundry prices are reasonable and the machines are newer and accept IC card which has been very helpful.

Cribs are only available prior to the stay. If you booked thru a third party, expecting a crib, probably should give them a call make sure prior to your arrival to ensure it's communicated correctly.
