We selected this property due to it being off-strip and relatively close to Allegiant Arena where we watched a football game. Our room was clean, spacious, well equipped, and very quiet. The pool area was very nice, and the overall site was well maintained. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to be away from the noise of casinos, or wants the convenience of a full kitchen.

The entire resort was very clean and the location is perfect right off the strip but walking distance from strip is great just a block from strip and the staff there is top notch especially Kylee … she was very attentive and very helpful and respectful very awesome young lady

This was the perfect place for our family trip to Las Vegas! Apartment was excellent and gave us the space we needed. Pool facilities were great and the walk to the strip was easy - just 5 -8 minutes!! We had the perfect holiday - thank you so much!

this was the perfect stay. Just right off the strip and close enough to walk to the strip from the location. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Best customer service by far. Also was very quite and had a lot of cool activities to do on the property. I will be staying here anytime I come to Vegas. The only thing that was a downfall was the helicopter tours passing every 30 seconds or so especially on Sat but you cant hear them as long as you are in your room

Helpful staff and great communication. We enjoyed our stay. Loved having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of all the activities the place has to offer due to our schedule, but I’d love to stay again. Great location. We used MGM tram plus the monorail to walk through a lot of casinos.

Resort is conveniently located in a quiet area. Free parking is a real plus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Property is located literally next door to the Oakland Athletics arena currently under construction. Some construction noise but not horrible. My only small complaint is the overwhelming amount of scent used in the lobby. I understand that it's common for hotels to have a 'signature scent' but some do better than others in both the creation and disbursement of a scent. This property falls short on both. The smell assaults the nose as soon as one enters the lobby. It would be more tolerable if they toned it down a bit. Otherwise, a nice place and I may consider staying again the next time I'm in town.
