The property was clean, staff was friendly, room was quiet and clean but there was a significant depression in the floor by the AC controls in this room. It was unsafe and you could even feel give in the floor of this 2nd floor room. Pictures were taken and shared with the staff in hopes of preventing someone else from falling.

The hotel and room was fantastic. I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to utilize any of amenities but wish i could have, especially the cafe. Other than being ignored for almost 5 min at check in and no ac in the halls or elevators, my short stay was wonderful and i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The room was nice...... but, the parking lamps flickered. Then the light in the shower flickered eerily. One of the elevators was broken, so you either waited a while or walk down 4 flights of stairs. Then compound that with the key not working randomly... ugh... but the staff did all they could to compensate and help out.

Kids had great time

I chose this location because of the indoor pool for my grandson to enjoy some water without my having to sit in sun. We enjoyed our stay overall. However, on our second morning i discovered no coffee or cups. I was disappointed although it wasn't very good.

Staff was great, lots of amenities, clean rooms, it was all very nice. Only slight problem was once we got into our room, it looked like after they cleaned it they forgot to put everything back in its place. The beds were off the box spring, the lamp was unplugged and in the middle of the floor along with the chair. I know they must have been in a hurry so we just out entering in its place but thought that was a little odd and not what we as guest should have had to do! We would definitely still stay there again because else was perfect.

We were there for a one night stay for a women’s conference. The hotel is clean and convenient for where we were going. It was crowded that weekend, so gym & pool area were out of towels. No coffee for guests, except for purchase (or very small pot in room).
