This hotel is in an excellent location as it's right at the doorstep of the airport rail link station (PhayaThai) which also have a connection to BTS SkyTrain. Breakfast has a good variety. However, the thing that most standout is the service from all staff, they're absolutely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would!! I’m a solo 65 year old female traveler. This hotel is situated beautifully for access to the airport, with the station right across the street. And BTS is also there, making it so simple to travel to other areas around Bangkok. And despite being right next to the train station and BTS, it was extremely quiet at Hotel Tranz. The daily buffet breakfast (included) had so many options to choose from! This hotel is very beautiful, and the room so clean and spacious. And the icing on the cake was the staff — they were extremely friendly, and went above and beyond expectations to help with anything needed. If you stay here, you won’t regret it!! 💜

Ideally located next to Phaya Thai station which is the terminus of the airport rail link. Phaya Thai MRT station is very close too. Clean hotel, with good friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is only meal offered in hotel, and while simple, it offered a reasonable range, and should suit most. There are nearby eating places for other meals. There is a very helpful folder in the room advising information on banking, shopping and eating, where they are and how to find them. Good stay, would stay again.
