The Fisherman's Dream room was very cozy and clean. The bed felt clean and the pillows were fluffy. The kitchenette are was smaller than I anticipated but it did include a few bowls, a cutting board, coffee maker, sink, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom and shower were really nice and clean. We had plenty of trash bags, towels and even robes. I would definitely stay here again!

I was absolutely delighted that my cute little room was exactly how it was pictured on the hotels.com website. I spent the night of the first big snow this fall at Lake Tahoe and the cozy room with the fireplace was perfect. Heavenly Valley Lodge is an "old school" motel but very well kept up and with all modern amenities you could ask for.

There is no staff but the housekeepers do a good job cleaning. There is no Hot tub that I am aware of. The room was small and quaint. However be careful because the advertised room price did not match what I was charged. I contacted hotels.com and they said sometimes it can change after booking and mine went up! I have never had that happen before with any other place I've stayed so I don't know if its this lodge or hotels.com that is responsible for the deceptive pricing. my guess is hotels.com.

It's an old place and it shows. It could use some good detailed cleaning and updating of the showers and doors. The staff was great. I think her name was Rosie was wonderful. All in all I would stay there again. Definitely price friendly
