We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was clean and relaxing. The food and drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere made for a perfect vacation. The only thing I didn’t like was that the resort didn’t clearly communicate the schedule for daily activities, so it was easy to miss them. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely come back.

Service was great, food was decent. Only one pool has a swim up bar and you can only get top shelf alcohol in the club at the 5th floor not at all the bars.. wish that was explained before paying for the club upgrade.

Everything was great! From the check in to check out, all questions were addressed and staff were extremely hospitable. The food was a bit repetitive, delicious but predictable if you're there for more than 3 days. The pools were great. Cabana staff was attentive and helpful. Didn't get to try Varenna or MB, it's on the to do list for next time. I have no complaints.

The customer service at this resort is top notch. All of the waiters at the restaurants who've been over backwards to get you whatever you want. The rooms very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort

The hotel in total is very good, Swimming pools area is amazing. Food is very good for breakfast and dinner but lunch need to be improved, the hotel is very close to the hotel zone area about 4 minutes driving. Starbucks has a very good coffee and it is free.

Food was mediocre. The only restaurant worth going to is MBs’ and men need pants to get in. Also, we were never told that Starbucks was included until FOUR days into our stay. Entertainment was fun, ‘Bad Boy’ is a BLAST. Concierge desk was kinda rude, no matter who you spoke to. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back.

The staff and hotel were so nice and accommodating. It was a beautiful hotel and the restaurants were amazing. The only thing I wish was better was the AC in hotel room. It was not great and we had to ask for a fan. Being from Texas and not having AC is not good. Other than that we had a blast and loved it.
