This is the perfect getaway for adults and couples who just need to relax, get refreshed and recharged. The rooms are splendid, the staff, wow, super-courteos and always ready to help. The entire property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast at Solanio is on another level. You can't take it all in with just a trip, you definitely need to go back multiple times to maximize the experience. Highly recommend vacationing here.

It’s a very beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing! The restaurants were so delicious and we wanted to go again but didn’t have time! The pool is not too exciting, it’s small and no pool bar! The beach is great but when it’s windy, it’s not fun to get sandblasted. The drinks are very expensive and so is the food.

An Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba Please ignore my initial evaluation. This is my current evaluation. I had an absolutely excellent experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba. It is a beautiful property in a wonderful location, and my stay was exceptional from beginning to end. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The amenities were beyond anything I could have asked for. I am extremely happy with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba and would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a visit to Aruba. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.

They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba. From the moment we arrived, everything was first-class. The property is beautiful, the beach is incredible, and the entire resort has that luxurious, relaxing atmosphere you hope for when coming to Aruba. What really stood out to us was the service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The beach is gorgeous, the water is beautiful, and you're close enough to everything in Palm Beach while still feeling like you're staying at a true luxury resort. The restaurants, pool area, beach service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. You can tell that a lot of attention is paid to the details. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Aruba exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, beautiful scenery, and outstanding service. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you're looking for a special vacation in Aruba!

From the moment we set foot on the property to the moment we left, this vacation was perfection. Everyone at the Ritz Carlton in Aruba went above and beyond to make our time there super special. I plan on definitely returning to this property and I cannot wait to see everyone again. From the many people at the front desk, to the people who assisted with our luggage (Buzz and Erick), to the pool cabana and beach cabana - Gregory who brought us our food and drinks at the pool cabana who made us feel like we were home with family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gregory. He is a true GEM and they are so lucky to have him there. The only thing that we did not have the time to do was book a spa treatment which I will be sure to do on our next visit to the Ritz in Aruba. As for cleanliness - the place is immaculate. The entire property as well as our room was perfect. I have zero complaints about anything on the property.
